It’s that time of year again! Time to focus on the gratitude we have for the wonderful things in our lives, and to open our hearts and give back to our community, friends, family and even ourselves. They do obviously have many other factors that contribute to their health and well-being but the book clearly mentions small amounts of alcohol as a factor. I would appreciate your take on this!
