What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations at least 24 hours prior to scheduled appointments are required to avoid a nonrefundable $25 cancellation fee.
What is the hair extension policy?
Hair extension appointment must be made in advance to allow processing time.
What’s your Wig policy?
Wigs can be drop off processing and pickup same day in most cases.
Is gratuity included in services?
Gratuity is not included in service cost. In addition gratuity is only accepted in cash.
What is the Memberships policy?
Memberships are billed on the 5th of each month and clients can cancel at any time by contacting our support team at email@example.com.
